    Do they serve the Hokkaido specialty uni? Called ‘bafun’ (bah-foon 馬糞 or translated as ‘horse-shit’ lovely, isn’t it? haha!!)

      This is what I found about them from an article in the local paper: “As a major uni manufacturer and distributor, Maruhide uses aka-uni harvested off the Channel Islands, which is said to be sweeter than the bafun-uni harvested in Japan.”

      Although, I may have tried it at a Hokkaido food fair at our giant Mitsuwa. It was a pack of Hokkaido King Crab and some sort of uni… Either way, it was pretty damn good!
