Hand Chopping Method Mentioned at End of this Article

Total time to hand chop 1.25 pounds of beef chuck and 1 pound of pork shoulder: 4 hours.

Tips to Speed Things Up:

*Start with meat semi-frozen

*Slice meat as thinly as possible

*Put meat in freezer between steps

*Don’t do any of it. It’s not worth it.
